Enlightened Academy/Retreat
Unlike the present system of democracy, all who may aspire to the services of the institutional apparatuses, responsible for economic, political and cultural life of people, must receive a period of training in improving knowledge, learning methods of communications and dialogues, which are necessary to give a moral direction to development and bring a sense of meaning to life. The recruitments to poltical and social leadership will be made from the people who have received tranings and education in the enlightened academies, whose activities are illustrated in the map below:

Academy will study, debate and make revisions to the manifesto guided by the basic teachings of the enlightened world.
The academ, without succumbing to any religious or sceintific fundamentalism, will engage in dialogues with people possessing different views about the universal foundation of moral which should guide the society.
Academy will inspire people to gain self knowledge and realize the potentials one may possess in pursuit of freedom of oneself and enhance the conditions of justice and freedom for others.
